- Fill out your Name, Address, Phone Number, Fax Number and Email address
- Fill out the vehicle information from your registration
- Fill out the Vehicle Identification Number or VIN
- Fill out the odometer reading
- Fill out all of the optional equipment
- Last but not least, try to be honest about the condition of your vehicle; you can use the condition grades provided on our form.
Instructions for taking pictures of your vehicle
Take at least one picture of the the following
- One front corner of the exterior
- One rear corner of the exterior
- One of the interior
- One under the hood
We need quality pictures, not quantity.
Your pictures should look like this:
